I didn't get a picture of it tonight. Because once it was done, it was gobbled up. But I made homemade chicken and dumplings. Easy, filling and everyone ate. Three of the most important things when making meals.
We have two extra kids right now. He child's girlfriend and tiny she child.
Tiny she child only ate dumplings, but she had had Cheerios about an hour before dinner, so I didn't really expect her to eat much.
Anyway. That's what went on the table.

Chicken and dumplings has never been a favorite of mine, preferring just regular chicken noodle soup. But I won't knock it. I just don't prefer it and have never made it.
For dinner we had braised pork butt steak with salad and macaroni and cheese on the side. Yummy.
