Good Evening!
Sorry, this is so late I wanted to finish my book!
The book I am talking about is a new one named "One Big Happy Family" by Susan Mallery. This book is about a family that goes to the family cabin to celebrate one last Christmas to remember their children's(they are adults) father who was mentioned but passed away before the book.
Family friends show up and everybody who shows up has some sort of problem they brought with them.
It is interesting to read each problem of the family and their friends and wonder what will happen.
This is a wonderful book that could be considered one of the best books I have ever read which means it is a 6 1/2 stars in my reading journal. There is some romance but it is not enough to be offensive.
I am glad this book is the first Christmas book I have read for the season.
Have you read any Christmas books yet for this season? I would highly recommend this book. In my book, you can't go wrong in reading a Susan Mallery book She is one of my favorite writers of all time.

I never thought i would finish my book. i started reading it on October 25. It is 316 pages long but i felt like i should have finished it sooner.
I try to not worry, but I am a person who worries.I wasn't on here too late because I read all day and went to bed for a while, But, alas, could not sleep more than two or three hours

My reading culture has also been badly affected by my very busy schedule. Still I can plan some 30-45 minutes daily for my reading.

I have a few Christmas books, but I decided to read a Christmas book from the library.
I started reading this Christmas early because I have been taking a long time to read books. The book I mentioned in this discussion I started on October 25 and it took me until November 8 th to finish it
I hope you have happy reading!

thank you! Yes, I borrowed two Christmas books when I went to the library a few weeks ago. I started the second one. I am at the beginning of it and love it. It is by my favorite author.
I will write about the second book in the future when I finish reading it.
i don't always read Christmas books. I started last year, but it was only an Okay book. I think my library will put out some shelves full of only Christmas-themed books

Thanks for reminding me I have to read some more books before the year ends. Whole of this year I only read on: Lonesome Dove by McMurty. I think I need to read one or two more!

@LovesEverybody Well Lonesome Dove is kind of an epic novel of American Civilization and for real it is a good read. Well, now that the year is ending, I think small Harlequin Presents and Romances will do.

I have heard of Lonesome Dove, but I have never read it. Did you like it?
What book do you think you would read if you read another book this year?

That happens to me sometimes. it doesn't matter how long it takes you to read a book if you're busy. If I were you I would enjoy reading the book when you can.
Have a great day!

@LovesEverybody exactly. I like books that you can read no matter what season is.
