I took a double dose of a tablet

By mistake I took a double dose of a tablet and panicked. I browsed and I saw all warnings in there.
I callled my doctor and reported the situation to him. He told me not to worry saying nothing will happen.
And yes nothing happened. I am fine. Why do then whoever fills up the Net writes things that upset readers?

I once took a double dose of my allergy medicine and felt really drowsy the next day. As it was allergy medication so no such warning side effects just drowsiness.

@allknowing - It may happen, I am always very careful, but my husnand once took a double dose by mistake.

Even with supplements I do not think it is good take a double dose. Yes I am fine
