What do you usually do with your plantain. As for me, I usually fry them. I really like them fried. They taste good when fried, I should say. But of course, I am just a little worried about fat. Honestly, I came to know about plantain upon my visit in the supermarket near my house. When I first saw it, I said to myself it looks familiar. I reminded me of a friend from Honduras who usually ate it. Anyway, I grabbed two and put in my grocery basket. At the cashier, I was told it is an Indian banana and they are really at their best when super ripe. Well, today, it is my first time having tried to boil it. Since it has properties similar to that cardaba in the Philippines, I thought that it can also taste good when boiled. So, there I was msitaken. I like it boled too and it is a lot healthier when boiled.
