Used the same food app and didn't get what i ordered

I should have got this but i received a normal tortilla with minced beef,no tomato,paprika,as they mentioned.
I really wanted to try taco beef but i guess it was not meant to be. I sent complain but what will hapen,not sure.
Some of you might write that i should have avoided this app well, silly me,gave it the 2nd chance,with different restaurant and all the same again.
Your experience with 2nd chances?

Giving a second chance is okay but if the reviews are bad and then twice is enough. Well, I am okay with second chances but lately when I get bad service once, I move away and find another app or service.

I don't even get back to the physical stores with an ugly entitled lowly employees who thinks they are better than the customers if they don't dress like a celebrity.

hmm maybe they had it at the beginning but decided not to make in anymore? or maybe they had certain number of ingredients for that specific order and they ran out of it, so decided to make something similar...
however - it's not okay not to give you what you ordered
i had a similar thing happen to me in one local restaurant. i ordered pasta vegetariana and later the waitress came and she said "i'm sorry about your order, the cook started making pizza vegetariana. do you want pizza or you want to wait for pasta?"
since i was there with my friend and she already got her pasta, i was like yeah, i'll have pizza. and in the end i got pizza vegetariana with f broccolis and carrots all over it??? i didn't say anything, i just laughed it off. it was really bad. probably because vegetariana is not made with such vegetables

Most times, the second chance ended far terrible. I avoided altogether a Pizza delivery app as it failed to deliver properly and in time twice. I avoided another app as it failed to refund an amount which was accidently deducted. So I too had my share of challenges. My suggestion would be to try a different food delivery app. Perhaps you might get service and pricing through them. Sometimes , when lots of people move out f app , they take note of that and atleast might improve. Any case, it does not help staying with this app as it is testing your patience. Take care!

I sent an email on friday evening to their support and they responded me only now,asking for a receipt in order to contact the restaurant. they are saving time. I stayed cause it has more restaurants and stores involved but i can order only what i tried in real life,like mcdonald's cause i don't trust them for any other restaurants ;all is fake. Thank you for sharing your experience and good advices.
