Autumn time brings out the spiders. We live in the country, and we find spiders building their webs everywhere. I find spiders very fascinating, and their webs are beautiful. As long as they are not poisonous, I have no problem with them building webs around our house. The photo is of a spider we found while walking in the woods. What is your opinion of spiders?

so do my kids. They will knock the webs down when they see them.

Mostly I get rid of them if they are inside but otherwise I leave them alone. That don't really worry me.

Yes, I agree. I like them, but prefer them to be outside. I definitely do not want them in our living area. And I don't want the poisonous ones around at all.

i don't mind them and i was taught not to kill them and just let them be. in Bosnia, people say that spiders bring luck. or maybe that's just the way to make kids less terrified of them

also - few years back there was a trend with some spider poem, "Ten Legs, Eight Broken" and many people felt sad for spiders because of it. maybe that poem saved some spider lives
