Since my weight loss my BP has been really good except for the past few days. I started to notice a difference. Yesterday as well, I noticed that that my head felt a little fuzzy, almost like there was a twisted vein in my head or something. So, when I got home from my outings checked BP it was a little high, took a pill and everything was fine. I am not sure why it has been up, because I haven't gained much weight back, and I have been walking 3x per week. It should probably be more. I guess I will need to check it more often, and change what I am doing if it starts to rise. Can you tell if something is off with your body?

My mama-in-law had low blood pressure. It made her feel bad.

I felt like that when I was taking a bit too much BP medicine.

my heart doctor recommends taking my blood pressure regularly. I was thinking of starting that as I am still getting dizzy and water and eating aren't helping.
I have either really high BP or too low. I will be going to my nurse soon as I see her every 4 weeks and I will see when she takes my BP.i think something is wrong with me-- what i don't know.
I am anxious to see my weight as I feel like I gained weight from the injection the nurse gives me monthly. the medicine can make a person gain 12.8 pounds. (no idea where the .8 comes in). it is not obvious but my body feels heavier and looks the best i can describe is weird.

Weird? I would think you should always take your BP medicine regularly. Do you have a BP machine so you can check it? If not, I think you really should have one.

@LovesEverybody Did you mean you don't take it at regular times or what? I am confused. Yes, you need to take it and check your BP regularly if you think there is a problem. Stay safe.

@snowy22315 I take my BP medicine every day. Thank you for the encouragement as I just never get around to taking it.
I will begin to take it morning, noon, and night and I decided to write it down. I am the type who usually likes to keep tracks in a notebook of different things about myself
There is no excuse for me not to take it as my BP machine is sitting right out on my kitchen counter. (the counter is a place for storage

Feeling heavy in the head is an indication If you are mentally charged that could be the reason for the BP to rise

I had a little bit of headache yesterday. I was worried about my mother who is sick. Today I feel fine.

That’s a little scary, isn’t it. I can tell when I have a migraine that it makes my blood pressure go up by the way I can feel my eyes. It’s like I can feel them throbbing to the beat of my heart. That probably sounds too weird to understand.

Its different. We may all have our own signs. It is a little scary. I don't like the feeling. Thank God popping a pill can solve it.

I started feeling that way before I went to the picnic, and thought possibly I didn't sleep enough the night before or I was hungry, but it persisted after I ate.

Once some years back I felt very strange and it turned out that my blood sugar was elevated. I check it very regularly now. I don’t want to have that feeling again.

That is one thing my blood sugar is always stable. I don't worry about it. I am not diabetic..it just doesn't change much regardless of what I eat or drink. I am blessed in that way.

I hate dizziness. Thankfully that is rarely an issue with me.
