Today (11/11) is Veterans Day in the United States We pay tribute to those that have served in the military. Many restaurants offer free meals for Veterans today. Tell a Veteran today that you appreciate his/her service.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Banquet Salisbury Steak dinner - Salisbury steak, potatoes, corn, apples
Dessert/Snack - Lemon muffin
Dinner - Pork Lo Mein

@LindaOHio - he total number of military and civilian casualties in World War I was about 40 million, the deadliest conflicts in human history.

I got a free meal coupon from Texas Roadhouse. That’s so nice of them.
Chicken soft tacos for lunch (with that yummy green chile rice) and chicken soup for dinner. Apples, yogurt, etc.

I had some Chef Boy Ar Dee canned beef ravioli, But for tomorrow there is a full slow cooker with marinated pork roast and sauerkraut,

@LovesEverybody I bought the pork loin already marinated and then slow cooked it with sauerkraut and diced tomatoes, I cooked on high in my slow cooker for 4 hours and came out very good,

Whenever thanks is given for my service, I am never ungrateful, but always quick to point out I am more honored to have served than being honored for having served. Happy Veteran's Day.
For dinner I made a sort of chicken cacciatore in the crock pot and served it over a bed of hot, white rice. It was to die for, as my mother always says. lol

I used to visit my grandfather's and my dad's grave on Veteran's Day. I am so thankful to all the military.

Yesterday I had:-
Breakfast - porridge
Lunch - Ja Ja Tofu
Dinner/Tea - Salmon chunks, prawn skewers, salt and pepper prawns, a rice/corn cake and some Love, Corn.
