Passengers who were waiting to board a Spirit Airlines flight in LaGuardia Airport in Queens New York on Monday morning of last week when a raccoon fell down from the ceiling tile while the passengers were waiting to board a Spirit Airlines flight. Some of the passengers who were waiting near an airline gate screamed when they saw the raccoon fall to the ground. An eyewitness reported seeing airport employees chase the raccoon for a period of five minutes before catching the raccoon and taking the animal outside of the airport where the racoon was safe to run into his home area. The airport needs repairing. It must have been a rough day for the raccoon to be chased that long.

I am in agreement with you that the airport needs to be repaired due to age.

It sounds like they need to make repairs to the ceiling if a raccoon fell from it.

In a way, it is good that it did not find its way into an airplane. Then the passengers and the raccoon have to coexist for a while

You are right that the raccoon was not inside of the airplane since it would have made the evening news stories.

The poor thing was scared they should have given him a piece of apple or something to catch him instead of chasing him,

Maybe, the raccoon, did not have a passport, and so was escorted out of the premises, after being chased, unceremoniously.
