Best Life Program and Wellness.

Our family health card is offering this best life program for members who have hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes. My hubby and I are both qualified for this. Hubby has all three and I have the first two without diabetes. With the program, we are monitored to have blood tests every 3 months and they also provide us medicine for free for the three diseases. We are taking advantage of the program. We do not need to go to the doctor as they call us after we submit our laboratory results.
Other than giving us the opportunity to be well even at home, it is really giving us the best life experience as well. There is no need to go to the hospital for tests and consultations.

That's a nice health card. I have a health card but does not offer that kind of amenities.
