Well it is morning anyway. It is 51 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. It isn't supposed to get particularly warm today. Ugh. I am still sick. I went to bed yesterday at 4pm and didn't get up other than to puke or use the bathroom. I was rapidly alternating between being hot and cold to the point where the blankets were coming on and off like every 5-10 seconds. My feet and legs were cramping. This went on for 4 hours until I finally threw in the towel and decided to try to take something to make me sleep. That eventually worked. The alarm went off as usual but there is no way I can make it into work today. I can't even make it down the 2 flights of stairs to take the dog out. I texted my neighbor to ask her to take him when she takes her dog out this morning. I just had a couple of sips of ginger ale and I am hoping that they stay down. For now though I am headed back to bed. Hope everyone has a good day.

I am very sorry.

Take care and have a chicken broth. My grandma gave us the broth with a small spoon if we had vomited. If we ate in a hurry we would be sick again. I hope this helps.
