I watched Pulse. This one was made in 2001. It's a Japanese movie. I thought I could watch it on Roku channel, or Fawesome. But those were the 2006 version which I am watching next week. But I did find it. This 2001 version has Haruhiko Katô, Kumiko Asô, Koyuki, Masatoshi Matsuo, Shun Sugata, and Kôji Yakusho in it. Big Warning: there is suicide and a sad part at the end. Spoiler below. In this movie, a guy who works at a plant shop doesn't show up for work. His co-workers are worried. They need a computer disk he owns. When the co-worker shows up he notices that he is not acting right. Then suddenly out of the blue, the guy hangs himself. Meanwhile, a guy is setting up his computer to get on the internet (dial up). He gets the internet to work, but the computer was getting on the internet by itself and was showing a website of ghosts. He goes to a college where he talks to a woman who knows about computers. She helps him, but she goes insane and she gets killed later on. While this is going on, two of the co-workers hear voices of the dead saying help me. They open up a forbidden door with red tape. In that room is a ghost who has an awful face and they commit suicide. (the subtitles say they say stuff about being alone. But no one with them say they aren't alone which I thought they would say.) The guy who needed help with the computer chased a ghost who was a boy. He meets a guy who says it's normal (which is crazy) and stuff about souls. Close to the end of the movie, that guy does see the ghost in the red taped room and defeats him. (I thought he lives, but he dies too.) The only one who is alive is a girl who worked in the plant shop. She didn't see the ghost. I didn't like the end. It was an okay movie. I'm watching Pulse next. It is the 2006.
