Last Time I Check I Need Extra Height But Instead I Gained Weight!

You think its a bad thing? I think for me it is, lol! Its hard to lose weight specially when you are a happy eater ??. All I know my height needs extra numbers, but what I gain is weight. After eating non stop and have proper sleep I gained 4klos in a week! Can you imagine that? Woah I think I need some serious losing weight plan.
I remember when I was in 4th year high school I become fat and I have a lot of discomfort after that. First I was not comfortable with tighter clothing, but if I wear bigger clothes I feel heavier, and the worst part is health!
After gaining fats I was not able to run faster, or climb the stairs faster just like when I was thinner, I love walking, but since I gained weight I cant walk far without shortening if breath. And because of that I maintain a diet and stop drinking cola.
So I think I need to start eating less and dink a lot of water, and eat a lot of fruits. I also need to restrain myself from eating sweets... Eating chocolates is becoming a habit now.
Thats all for today, what are yu guys need to work on this month?

I need to stop myself from eating sweets its becoming a habit and I know it will not do good on my health.

Sorry, maybe you are consuming too much sweet and carbohydrate-rich food? Try increasing your vegetables and protein intake.

Yes, i ate a lot rice, meat, noodles and bread in the past week. But I am eating veggies also... Thank you for the advice.

Putting on weight or losing weight is possible but I do not know how height can be added (lol)

Hahahahahaa true! O,us its hard to lose weight when we are aging.
