Trump picks a FOX News host as Secretary of Defense

Seriously. Last night it was announced that his pick for defense secretary is Pete Hegseth. He is a MAGA Trump supporter and a veteran but he has no experience with strategic and operational planning. His biggest qualification is that he will do whatever Trump wants. . . not exactly a "qualification" at all. He also appointed Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to be some kind of heads of a government efficiency office that doesn't exist yet. It is incredible to me (not in a good way--as in I absolutely cannot believe it) that Musk now has his tentacles further into the government. If he wants to be involved in government so badly then he should give up all of those government contracts that his companies have. Can't wait to see who Trump selects for Attorney General! At this point it is likely between Kid Rock and Hulk Hogan.
