Some strange day and beginning of the week for me

First of all, I got a refund from the food app on Monday and they offered me refund first. I have credit of 9dollars but i'm not going to spend it right now, i will wait, for a change. I could choose card refund but, i have some things i want to order. Other thing is i have tension or problem with my shoulder or neck. It's been 3 months; started with stress on work, then being sacked for no reason, i ignored it, then i visited the physical therapy doctor on september 30 and she didn't tell me anything useful but wanted to schedule me for Physical therapy in 6months, which i declined back then. She gave me some exercises on paper and in month and a half, that pain in shoulder, neck, arm and soreness in general is still here, only on my left side but spreading on right a bit. I left message on Monday and yesterday on my doctor's answering machine (yep, 30 something man doesn't use email). I wanted him to call me for a meeting, he didn't and my second message was for him to recommend me for a neck scan, which was originally suggested by a physical therapy doctor. Today, he sent me reccomendation for this, which i discovered online. I also hate it that some doctors are on strike for almost 2 weeks here, asking for bigger paychecks while leaving already long waiting lists to be longer for us, poor people so, i wasn't even sure my doctor would be available but it's not that positive he didn't call me back. i mean, thanks for recommendation, for which i have to order myself after the strike is over cause, every radiologist now won't pick up the phone. I also could have called directly my doctor on the phone but i called him before and he wasn't reachable. When meeting him for second time, he said i can leave the message. I'm glad he or nurse listened my message but i was hoping he would schedule the meeting first or just call to seem how i'm doing but okay. Ah.... And what to do in the meantime, while waiting for strike to be over well, i scheduled myself for a back massage on Saturday. It costs 10 dollars (30 minutes) so, hoping this would help me a bit cause, waiting another 6months for my neck scan and suffering in general, i don't want that. Wish me luck. I've been only to one massage session and felt really nervous cause the stranger was touching me and that was a long time ago.
