I mentioned in a couple times earlier either in comments on in other posts that I started dinner about two thirty this afternoon.
No, that doesn't mean we ate early, it just means I had to cook dinner low and slow. Which I did.
Are you confused by what we are having for dinner?
You shouldn't be.
Pulled pork! Duh.
I made homemade pulled pork, from a pork loin I got on sale for $3.50. French fries are in the oven, and then I will throw the biscuits in.
There's not a veggie in sight, don't like it---guess what, I don't care.

@thislittlepennyearns Would have thought pickled herring was more to his taste!

@Ronrybs Well, he does love some herring too. But he talks way more about COD.

Haha, it's funny you mentioned cod. Because we have been watching Ghosts and one of thee ghosts on the show trapped at the in is Thor and he talks about cod way more than any character or person should ever do.

I don't think that I have ever had chicken cacciatore. At least I can't remember doing it.

@thislittlepennyearns It's very good and easy to make. I usually make mine in the crock pot.
