What do you do when you feel tired? There are many things that people can do when they feel tired, one of which is sleeping, lying down, watching TV, playing games, going out, and so on. As for me, I usually choose to sleep to restore my energy, LOL. How about you?

@rakski Hahaha that's true, and it's not uncommon for that to happen, but I still repeat the same thing.

I try to sleep, but sometimes I drink something with caffeine in order to get my energy back up, and jar me awake.

Yes, I sometimes drink coffee when I'm sleepy but have to work on something with a deadline. It really helps me reduce sleepiness.

My favorite corner is my bedroom, I can do many things there, from sleeping, reading books, writing, relaxing, working, etc.

Sleep is the only thing a person can do if they're tired. In some cases you have to fight it to get things done, but most people sleep.

@astutimeliana723 If you find this is happening frequently, then you may need better time managment.

@kaylachan Yes you are right time management is very important. And of course it doesn't happen often, I often take a nap on time. Thank you.

Yes, sometimes there are times when I have to finish work that has a deadline even during my nap time, so I usually postpone my nap just to finish my work first.

I sleep when I am tired to get back my energy. I don't feel like watching the TV or going out.

While sleep is the best way to restore energy, I also prefer to sleep when I'm tired.

I do not have a set plan when I am tired. It depends on my mind , strength and interest. When I was down with Covid , I just browsed through youtube. If I am sick , depending on the intensity I might go to sleep if severe or just relax and lie down or if the intensity is less , perhaps read or browase the internet. Any case, I would focus on restoring my energy and be slow with the things I do, so that my body recuperates. I have made a point to take breaks whenever doing long tasks. It has also helped me to be better focussed on things when needed. Good to read about your style of dealing with tiredness. Take care!
