Looking back at the time when we had to stand in queues to pay our bills what a relief it is now that just with the click of the mouse we do it all sitting in the confines of our home. While I am not much intoi relentless upgrades I am for those that make our life easy. I am also happy about getting my stuff online and there again have an account with Amazon Pay to pay for whatever I place orders for. I just have to submit my medical reimbursement application to my husband's office and I get the money credited to my bank account Needless to say all these methods are safe doing away with the otherwise tired processes.

Online payments are very convenient. We have to do nothing for the medical bills, they are sent directly to the health insurance by the doctors or the pharmacy.

@allknowing - The healthcare insurance (mandatory here) covers all the medical bills. The doctors, hospitals and pharmacies, send the bills directly to the healthcare insurance, the insurance inform us that it was paid and we can download a copy of the bill.

That is accurate; I can still recall the days when we had to wait in line to pay our bills and be called. Now that we have internet access, we can also do that quickly and effectively. Although hackers are still out there looking for weaknesses in the system, online transactions are currently comparatively safe.

@rsa101 Some do get trapped and why that happens is not known.

When I first got job , I had to be in a long queue for 30 minutes at a bank just for address change request .Now things have changed. I can get things done online and the branch visits are only neccessary if there is something important. Most of my payments are online. Less involvement of cash or cheque. Plus with the digital transformation , we get things done with help of internet and smartphone. Mobile recharges , tv recharges , electricity payments and any other payments have gone easy. I look at different e-wallets and make use of ones which give me better offer including amazon pay. Digital transformation has definitely helped us a lot. Enjoy the day!
