I will tell everyone why it happened, but the liberals will not accept it. The government CANNOT ask a family trying to make ends meet on $50,000 a year to pay for the student loans (through debt forgiveness) of college-educated individuals making two-three times as much by themselves. The government CANNOT ask people who can’t afford their medications to pay (through taxes or increased insurance premiums) for gender reassignment surgery, especially if other “elective surgery” procedures have been denied them in the past. (Exit polling said 54% thought this issue had been pushed too far.) The government CANNOT force/mandate electric cars onto people who simply don’t want them. In short, when it comes to money, the daily things in life affecting someone who has to eat ramen noodles because, after bills, that’s all they can afford, are going to win the day, no matter who is running. He’s a slimeball and I loathe his face, but people voted with their wallets.

I prefer not to ask myself that question. But I am certain that, although I visited the US more than any other country in the past, I will not go again there in my life time.
