I´m eating a delicious fruit salad.

When it is warm (or hot) fruit salads are the best option.
Not only they are fresh and contain vitamins and minerals but also, if you forget to use them, they end up in the garbage can. And Luna does not eat sweet food.
I had a too ripe banana, some delicious ripe pineapple in the brudge and some tuna that were just right.
I peeled what had to be peeled, cut it in big squares and added that Chantilli cream that comes ready to use.
I also added a bit of pancake syrup and I´m ready to eat it, as soon as I finish this post.
What do you think of my idea?

i think that sounds interesting, but i personally don't like to mix healthy with not-so-healthy ingredients

I never think about health when I cook. I let mt tummy take care of that.

It was. And after that, I made me un oeuf en cocotte in the oven. I did it with spinach at the bottom of the cocotte.

Now I will prepare some ground meat I have in the friegde. I will add fried onion an a bit of crushed garlic, salt and pepper, a raw egg and some bread crumbs. And to the oven.
