And decided that the only way I could fix it all was by waiting a couple of weeks before I spend money asking for groceries again. In fact, the word is not "groceries". They are luxuries. I have all the food I need to turn into an obese lady should I so wish. But then I start to ask for cake and one thing leads to another. I have fish and seafood, I have chicken and I have sausages of several kinds. Yesterday (or maybe 2 days ago) looking for something else, I found the ground meat that now I´m turning into a very special meat loaf. I say "very special" because it did not fit in my usual meat loaf pot so I am making a weird ground meat sort of pudding. I have no idea how it will turn out. But if it is good, I will be able to put away part for a rainy day. I added fried diced onion with garlic, 2 leftover diced mushrooms, a tomato (diced), 2 eggs and bread crumbs. Keep your finger crossed. All this kitchen work turned my kitchen into a disaster. And I will not clean it until I rest. My back HURTS! I´m not used to cutting and dicing so much. What will you have for dinner?

I am curious about the very special meatloaf. I think it is a good disaster since you have a good produce after that. Rest first before cleaning or wait for Anita

I have the normal freezer that comes with a big fridge and also a deep frezer that has 5 deep drawers.

I call that a good disaster. Live and learn and not everything turns out perfect, but we do our best to make it better the next time. If it came out perfect every time, we would not try harder to do better the next time. Get some rest and have a good laugh. What I do when things turn into a disaster. Oh you justed meant kitchen is dirty, That's not a real disaster. I could show you some of my disasters.
