These days doctors are always in a hurry. They assume a lot of things about the patients and merrily prescribe medicines. And this happens if the patient does not speak out everything about them. This is vital as the whole diagnosis depends on the symptoms a patient will spell out. And sometimes the one who accompanies the patient talks to the doctor which is not right My doctor and myself have a good rapport and if I am doubtful about what he has prescribed I bring that to his notice. He sometimes changes the prescription. Moral of the story. A lot depends on the patient's role in helping the doctor to do the right diagnosis.

That is true since doctors are not mind readers.

Always tell your Doctor what is going on with your health.
