Fresh from Thailand

My special someone’s younger sister came from Thailand for a short vacation and brought me some gifts from her trip. She bought me some tea, a bag, and a pretty hair accessory, which is shown in this photo. It really warms my heart when people think of me while traveling or check in to see how I'm doing. When I travel, I also like to buy something for the people who are important to me. Do you also buy something for your loved ones while on your trip?

that's a nice hairpin and yes, i usually buy small gifts for my family and friends - postcards, magnets or something that reminds me of them or i think they might like - of course with the name of the city on it

Thank you! Yes, magnets or keychains with the name of the country or city on them are great gifts for our loved ones.

@aureategloom We are at signal number 4, indicating caution due to strong winds and rain. Although it is not raining yet, I hope it stays that way. How are you today? :)

I hope they truly love me. Haha! It's okay; I don't do that all the time, too, especially when I'm on a limited budget. Happy Sunday! :)

I used to spend so much time trying to get gifts for everyone but I don't so much now. My Mum and brother have both gone and I'd have to post something if I wanted to give something to the boys.

It's okay. It's not really necessary to get gifts for everyone, especially now that nearly everything has become more expensive due to inflation.

My first foreign trip was to Bangkok and Parraya and brought back good memories. That hair clip looks nice. I too got a few things from there.

That sounds wonderful! I have never been to Thailand, but it is one of the countries I would love to visit someday. Thank you for the compliment! :)
