Another culinary masterpiece Chez Horse!

As you know, I am a world-renowned gourmet chef. My dear friend @LadyDuck has informed me that I have invented several Italian dishes, even though I lived in Italy for only a year. My latest gourmet creation occurred just now. I combined some canned tuna with Marie's blue cheese dressing. It is utterly delicious! I was going to put my "tuna salad Chez Horse" on some crackers I have here, but it was so delish I just gobbled it up right out of the bowl. Are you a world-famous gourmet chef too? What are some of your favorite culinary inventions?

@thislittlepennyearns I actually do remember some of my time there. Let me know if you want me to give examples. They are isolated and kind of funny.

@TheHorse Unless you cook onion to the point it's almost burnt, But it's not really that bad.

I'm not a fan of blue cheese so such delights would be lost on me.

For shame! Boor! Heathen! If you tell me you like "Ranch" dressing better I may file for a MyLot divorce.

@TheHorse (whispers) I don't know what Ranch dressing is - and haven't been brave enough to own up to it yet.

I had a tuna salad yesterday. It was already made up, in a can, and had couscous, chickpeas, green peas and tomatoes in oil. It was quite yummy and filling. The brand name is Rio mare... and yes, it's a product of Italy.

I used to put all kinds of things together to make meals when I was making meals for two, I have a knack for knowing what ingredients and spices go together well, Now I just make what I can stick in my toaster oven, I did bake two chicken thighs today topped with Campbells Cream of Mushroom and had the chicken and gravy with tater tots,
