We had BBQ Pork Chops, Au Gratin Potatoes, and Broccoli for supper. Pork Chops were a little Tough. Now that I can actually SEE what is on my computer. Getting the Printer set up will be next. Tried once, but just got tired. Had to go to my favorite Websites and add my passwords. That was interesting. LOL But so far Windows 11 is okay.

Sorry to hear about the pork chops. Probably slightly overcooked them. They are usually done in my mind between 145 to 165. And usually I prefer them somewhere in the middle of that. In any event, we went out for dinner last night at our favorite local Mexican place, Margarita's and I had a chicken burrito, beef enchilada combo plate with Mexican rice and refried beans and she had a taco salad. Good eats.

I'm glad you're getting on okay with Windows 11. We rely on our computers so much.

Your dinner sounds good. I had a smothered baked potato.
