Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 42 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 62. I'll take it for mid-November. I went to bed early last night so I wound up waking up around 3:30am. Today is Saturday so I'm not much worried about it. I can always go back to bed or take a nap later. I'm up for now though so here we are. I took the dog out and have some red sauce simmering on the stove. Very Italian-American of me I know.

Totally normal for 4 am.

I don't have any big plans for the day. My ex said that he wants to stop by this morning. I have mixed feelings about that so not sure what will happen there. It is my call. Otherwise I will be hanging around with the cats and the dog. I need to get cracking on the Ina Garten memoir that I received like a month ago. I just haven't been in reading mode lately. What's everyone else up to today?

I’ve finished lunch, and I’m going across the street to Walmart to get some calcium chews (they said I’m showing some osteopenia in my hands). That’ll do for the day.
