11/15/24 - Meals

125 days until spring! I have literally spent more than 4 hours on the phone in the past 2 days. One thing after another. My husband's 2nd cousin just returned my Spectrum modem to them yesterday BUT in order to porter my phone number to Kinetic/Windstream the phone service/internet must be active with Spectrum which means another modem is being delivered today; and I will have to reinstall it. THEN it will have to be returned to them when the phone number is switched over. Ridiculous. Breakfast - PB&J sandwich Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Marsala chicken, rice, mixed veggies, scalloped apples Dessert/Snack - Blueberry muffin Dinner - Buffalo chicken/Swiss sandwich What did you eat yesterday? really ridicilous company; you're extremely patient and tolerant to these people. some chicken with rice for lunch, sandwich for dinner.

Back to chicken taco & green chile rice for lunch. Had another one of those turkey sausage and egg white and veggie wraps for dinner. Pears, yogurt, fiber…and Friday evening hot chocolate!
