Down with extreme cold / allergy / myLot

I have been sneezing non-stop. The only thing that's somewhat helping is putting a 2 layered cloth mask on. Now the sneezing has kinda reduced but its still on. I love winter but I hate this!

How are you all? Do you sneeze a lot during winters too?

yeah montec lc and mask is helping a bit. However, I have to look into a permanent solution for this too. Its impacting daily life.

Too much sneezing can be so exhausting . . . that happened to my daughter last week with all the winds. She and my husband say masks help them too. I've been doing certain facial massages for almost a year now - it's really cleared out my sinus issues and for some reason I don't sneeze as much anymore.

@Dreamerby Someone told me too that nasal irrigation has helped them with allergies - I haven't tried that though.

I’m not sure if I sneeze more in the winter or not. I do tend to use a saline nasal spray in the winter, and that keeps my allergies from bothering me, which probably keeps me from sneezing.

I am using a nasal spray too but sometimes I have a phase where I continuously keep on sneezing.
