Today I am listening to Camila´s CD.

A few weeks ago I went with Dixie to Camila´s show. It was awesome and I bought the CD and asmall booklet that had the lyrics of all the songs. Later on I learned that Camila had won the 2024 Chilean prize for composer-musician. But I could not listen to the CD. It said "no disc". I cried for help from Mario´s son who learned programing and who had previously fixed Alexa. The player was very dirty. And so was my laptop which he also fixed. Today I am listening to Camila´s CD. It is basically about women that had been abused in any way. And some of them had taken revenge. Several of the songs are based on real stories in which women killed their abusive husbands. Camila is a very good composer AND singer. She has a beautiful voice in spite of the fact that she smokes. She has turned several of Dixie´s poems into songs. And she wrote a beautiful song that is in the process of being turned into a CD about her friend who was run over and killed by a bus a year ago. I will later on wrie a post about something that has to do with one of Dixie´s poems but also something that is part of my life. See you.
