What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I'm having roasted salmon with a cucumber dill sauce, brown rice, and homemade creamed spinach. I need to get some normal full meals into my routine again. It is all easy enough to make. The Instant Pot does brown rice in 15 minutes--can't beat that! That's what is happening here.
