Im still a little sore, but not overly so, so I think I'm good to go for Church tomorrow, though my hand looks like I was in a boxing match lol, and my lips and nose are a bit cut And scraped, the hand is because I broke a blood vessel, so they said it would bruise, but its not really painful.
I did take a few days off just to recuperate and I'm glad I did, but ready to get back at it...
