My new neighbor :)

I have a new neighborhood and he is a guy he looks 30s age more older than me?, he doorbell at my door and giving me some a piece of cake and saying he just move beside my apartment and saying sorry in advance ,because tonight he will have a party in his house and maybe there music will be loud,but he didnt ask me to join in his house party!,but yah im just crazy thingking about that, :) seeing a masculine tall guy infront of me , and his outfit looks like so cool , hihi im a bit happy deep inside,oho he is cute but yah its just all i can say, mygod my brain is not working now i think i need to shower haha.. and my only answer , on what he said is just "its ok" and i accept the cake and closed the door. haha

thanks but i regret receiving the cake haha there music loud and they all shouting, sound there having fun like playing game maybe.

@rakski wah if everyday, mygod i think i need to report them haha sometimes is fine but everyday i dont think so, i hope my neighborhood dont do it everyday., so far only that day i heard my neighbor noise, its completely quite this time :)

well, he could have also said when was the party going to finish. and, yes, not cool for inviting you but, he saw you for the first time so maybe that's why. was the cake any good?

i think he was polite for bringing you the cake and telling you about the party thing he's going to have, so that you understand the noise or whatever. he probably didn't invite you to the party because there were probably only his friends that came to the "house warming" were they too loud in the end?
