It is very unusual for a bloodhound to win the American Humane Hero Dog Award on Friday when the 18 month old male bloodhound named Bo was in the presence of his owner Gastonia Police Department Sergeant David Rowland on the National Broadcasting Channel (NBC) morning show called "Today".
Bo also won the Law Enforcement Dog Of The Year which impressed his owner Sergeant Rowland since Bo has been his partner solving crimes and saving lives as the first bloodhound with the Gastonia Police Department in North Carolina.

What a pathetic but cute-looking animal. He deserves all he has gotten. Bloodhounds are amazing animals.

One clever dog, at such a young age. Somebody should be applauded for training him to be so good too.
