It's almost nine pm here, so in just about two hours it'll be time to go get the phone from she child and tell her to go to bed. We moved to bed time to 10:30 at the beginning of this school year (she will be 12 in March), and most of the time it works out well. But sometimes she either fights us on it, or she's already asleep at 1030. I'm sure when she turns 12 she will want to stay up later. But I think 1030 is plenty late enough for her to stay up.
We haven't started anything else to watch, at least not a show or movie. We watched Theo Von interview Joe Rogan, and I'm wathcing a tech reviewer on YouTube while Chris takes a shower.
I also am playing two different games, one on my phone and one on his, as well as doing reviews and working on a Hubpages article. So I've got a little bit going on. LOL.
I'm still kind of hungry. We've gotten to the part of year where I don't eat but maybe once a year. I've also been feeling sick today, so I haven't really eaten.
Might have to do something about that in a few minutes.

As she gets older, then she'll adjust and likely try to get a later bed time. However, 10:30 was a lot later then it was when I was her age. My family tried to impose a strict 9:00 Pm bedtime even after I turned 18 during the school year. Doing that often backfired on them because I wouldn't fall asleep until around 3 A.M. and had to be up at 6 A.M.

I think it was nine pm when I was her age. Can't remember. It was a long time ago. LOL.
She's gotta be up and out the door by 7. It would be earlier if the bus came out here for her but it doesn't

@thislittlepennyearns Everyone is different. I don't know why my mother insisted I get up at 6 Am when my bus came at 730. But, fine I guess.

@kaylachan Yeah, different moms. When the bus came at 630, she was up at 6. But I'm pretty strict or was when she was little about having everything ready and all she had to do was eat, and get dressed and brush her teeth.
Now she's older, and she's almost always awake on her own.
