Well, I have several more posts I want to make, but I keep getting alerted that I have not done DUOlingo today. I don't want to lose my streak, so I guess I have to break from mylot. I wish the learning spanish would come easier. Duolingo is kinda of confusing, because the lessons are sometimes contradictory. I have several books, but finally found one that helps a lot. However, I still have much trouble with conversational spanish. Any tips on learning a 2nd language? photocredit: clipartix.com

I was learning French on Duolingo and found it very useful. I'd learnt it at school many years ago.

what i found really annoying about duolingo is that it keeps repeating the same sentences - ughh. i learn the best if i'm writing it down, but i also always recommend app tandem - where people help each other with learning languages

I, too, learn better taking my own notes and writing them down.
