i removed the photo cause, it's exactly like that. i'm now struggling with discount site where i bought the offer. since morning, nothing.

Have you been to massage? It was my first time, i told her right at the start. I thought that is how it was done. don't blame me. she never asked me if i was okay and to tell her if something hurts. actually, i think i did say something like, i feel kind of pain but i hope it's a good pain and she just continued. she's at fault and now i'm stuck with this disgrace on my back.

@grenery8 I am so sorry that you have these bruises, and experienced that pain. I would go in person to the location that you had this done and speak to someone in charge regarding this. They will not want this happening to anyone, and they should be apologetic and offer you a complimentary massage in place of this one.

@Juliaacv i bought this offer on a discount site, contacted support and since yesterday; ok, it was holiday but, till now, noone didn't respond anything. i sent them my bruised back; i mean, get time. i sent 4th message that i demand refund cause this small amount isn't anything considering i will have additional health issues. not sure with people here. customer service is awful. thank you for your support. i never seem to get some luck in my life.

thank you, i won't and i contacted the site where i bought this massage. it was on discount and they are not taking me seriously after i sent them photos of my bruised back. i sent them now, for the 3rd time that i demand refund and that they are lucky i'm not suing them. how inhuman behaviour.

thank you for your comment. i think i said to her but she knew it was my first massage and just continued like everything is fine. well, it's not and the discount site where i bought this are not taking me seriously. i just hope my health won't suffer.

I put the photo. I may get bruises easier but i said clearly to her this was my first medical massage and she didn't even once asked me am i okay, do i feel the pain. I didn't come to look uglier. No wonder the massage was only 10 dollars and in a beauty salon,possibly by unqualified staff.

i think i did but she didn't care and i trusted her even though i told her it was my first massage. i'm scared this would hurt my body, besides having kidney problems and hips too or this will prolong my shoulder-arm pain. have a good day too.

@LindaOHio trying to get a refund. i even went on a horrible rain but low people are low people, they don't care until you sue them or write a bad review. thank you. i have your support so i'm a little bit better.

medical massage in a beauty center. i bought the offer on a discount site. i was thinking about ayurveda but i wanted to try for less time and this was only 30 minutes. i'm now having a hard time contacting support. they don't seem to care, even after me sending them my bruised back.
