Weekend Notes - November 2024

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? I thought I would share about the weekend and what has been going on. Saturday morning I went shopping with my mom as we always do (well, every other Saturday). After that we took Eli to the arcade to celebrate his birthday. It is not technically until tomorrow, but figured he'd have more time to play than going after school tomorrow. First we got a pizza for lunch at the arcade, then Eli played for an hour or so...and then we got frozen yogurt. Eli had fun playing all the games - they have a bunch of newer ones. They also have over 40 vintage games. Unfortunately those ones don't give tickets, but I guess that makes sense. He ended up with over 700 tickets to get a prize, but he wanted to wait so he can get more and hopefully get a better prize. Though the ones he wants are over 20,000 tickets lol. Anyways - Sunday was more of a lazy day. So nothing really to share about the day. Now being Monday, Eli is back at school. I will be picking him up in about an hour though. After that, will go make his birthday dessert (it's better if it is made the day before). I know he is looking forward to tomorrow, and his birthday gifts. During school they are taking a field trip to the theatre (not movie theater) to see a play. Photo is mine - Eli at the arcade
