Hello My Lot World

Hello dear friends. I planned on coming here last week, however with work, revival at church and life in general, I didn't make it. I missed you and your posts. This week is less busy, so I am hoping to be here to see what is happening in your part of the world.
Our weather has been all over the place. One day warm in the upper 60s, the next we barely reached 40. One thing different is lack of rain. We did have some last Thursday, which was the first significant rainfall we had since the remnants of Helene slammed into our part of the world at the end of September.
The picture is of Mike and our neighbor's kitty, Daisy. They let her out and she comes to visit us from time to time. We bought some Temptation treats for her visits. She gets lots of love and pets from us when she is here. She has melted Mike's heart. He said, though he's still not ready for another kitty, he is much more open to getting one.

@kaylachan She really is. We think she is part Siamese as she has the prettiest blue eyes. She has meowed only once, very quietly and her purrs are quiet too.

@Dena91 I had a few cats like that. Really quiet motors. We had one who made an effort to purr louder. It sometimes worked.

Nice and boring here, which is how I like it. Sweet kitty. I have four who dine at my feline establishment. 
I’m so thankful Helene didn’t do major damage to you. I follow places on Facebook showing the recovery, and it’s amazing how much has been accomplished so quickly. (That’s what happens when you don’t wait for the government to. )

Yep, many from our county have been going up. Church's here have been collecting items as needed for the trips God is showing Himself through His people.
I still wonder why our county was spared with some damage yet the county next to us (3 miles from our home) were devastated. Just going up the road into the next county, seeing what we do, heartbreaking.

Cute cat. My mother has been sick. I think she is finally getting better. Yesterday I worked on my best friend's diamond painting. I also asked her what diamond painting she wants me to work on next. I will be getting it on Black Friday.

I went away for several days but I couldn't keep myself away!
I love the picture and Daisy is precious! I have a cat myself who is black.
My cat, Onyx, eats Temptations treats too as long as they are not seafood flavored as he abhors anything seafood. I usually get him chicken ones as he loves chicken
