Most users heere are not aware what jaggery is all about There are different types of jaggery that are made using sugar cane, toddy palm and date palm. Tapping toddy and date palms is how toddy is extracted. Most use is of jaggery made from sugar cane juice Sugar can juice is cooked to produce jaggery Jaggery has many health properties and is healtheir than using sugar but everything cannot be prepared using jaggery. This video shows how sugarcane juice jaggery is made
