11/19/24 - Update On My Husband

My husband is still not calling me in the evening. Maybe it's due to the sundowners. I like to see how he is and how he's doing in physical therapy.
My medical alert pendant has arrived; and we (my husband's 2nd cousin) will be setting it up today.
I need to confirm with my hubby that he wants to go back to the old facility.
As soon as the security code arrives in the mail from the VA, I can continue applying for benefits.
I guess I will be appealing the decision on my husband's case; but it almost isn't worth the time and money.

If he has no exposure to regular sunlight and things to mark his days he can get disoriented and call you very late like he has been or forget to call at all. It sounds as if his days all run into one another.

I'm happy to hear that you got your medical alert pendant and the cousin will help you set it up. It's good for you to have it (just in case)
Hope you can an answer from your husband about the other facility so you can get that off your "to do" list.
