pounds that is. I was surprised when I got on the scale this morning. 6 or 7 years ago I was up to 260 pounds. I saw a friend post on FB about her massive weight loss after some 6-week weight loss challenges and decided to try it out for myself. I did well and lost 45 pounds in 3 months. I continued at that gym and lost a further 15 pounds. Then I went through a divorce and dealt with some health issues and wound up down around 180-185 pounds. I was okay with that. 180 was my "realistic" goal. 160 was my "dream" goal but I never expected to get close to that. Over the past couple of months, though, my weight has further dropped without any effort on my part. Some days I eat well. Some days I don't feel so great and don't eat much. Some days I can't keep anything down. Well today the scale read 164 pounds. That is crazy. My ex keeps saying that there is nothing left of me and I'm starting to agree with him. I'm about 100 pounds lighter than I was 7 years ago. Will I ever reach 160? Probably not. I am okay with that though.

If your health is fine, enjoy it. It you have health problems, tell your doctor about your weight loss. And anyway, enjoy.

You often write about not being able to eat and I do worry a bit about anything else that might be going on. 160 pounds isn't too far away.

I think you've pretty much met that goal . It's not just about the numbers, but also how you feel . . . being that much lighter must make quite a difference.

Congrats. I am sure you could if you wanted to. It can happen. Just keep an eye on it of course. Don't want to end up underweight like my husband was.

I want to reduce 4 kg so bad! But don't have motivation for exercising more than 10 minutes per day
