Polls for fun and, Why I Really Think People Voted for Rump

I think that many people vote for someone new and different. If they are unhappy in their lives they feel something bizarre and shocking could possibly fix them for a while. I also think a lot of people voted for the showman and paid little or no attention to politics or, what the country needed. Also, there are way too many extremists now that Rump has made feel more comfortable coming out and showing themselves. People who want to defy and go against government norms are more apt to vote for such as Rump. And, lastly, I am glad to see that many who voted for Rump are now feeling remorse and wish they hadn't. Below are some polls just for fun. After the election a poll was done asking 1,941 US adults and they were surprised by the final outcome. 54% of the people in the poll were quite surprised by the outcome. 14% were very surprised, 33% were not very surprised and, 16% were not surprised at all. 43% of Republicans were surprised at the outcome. 23% percent weren't surprised. Do you think your neighbor voted for Rump? 74% of Republicans polled believe their neighbor did. 78% of Americans feel he is more powerful now than in 2016. I agree and that really is scary.
