Holiday Baking: Easy Pumpkin Spice Cookies

She child has been bugging me about pumpkin spice goodies since the last batch of cookies we made. I didn't have chocolate chip cookies this time, but I did have all the things to make Betty Crocker Pumpkin Spice Cookies. So after dinner, I went ahead and made a batch. They are pretty good. They taste very similar to the pumpkin bread I made last month. She was happy. I was happy. And now there's cookies for the next day or too. Does the colder weather make you want to bake anymore?

@AmbiePam Your mom baked while you were growing up, I'm guessing? Did she ever put a slice of bread in the cookies to keep them from getting stale. Chris watched me do it when I bagged up the cookies and asked me what I was doing. My grandma did it my whole life.

Pumpkin spice cookies sounds very tasty, shall have to see if that Betty Crocker box has made it over here
