No we didn't just eat, I just wasn't sure if I was going to write about dinner because we all ate something different.
He child ate peanut butter and jelly, she child ate a grilled cheese. Chris ate a grilled cheese and bacon and I ate a chicken quesadilla.
I think we are doing fried chicken and mashed potatoes, which is what we we're going to do tonight, but he child was still feeling pretty sick. So he didn't want anything real big or heavy.
So that's what happened here. What went on the table at your house?

I made cheese stuffed pasta shells with marinara, garlic bread, and salad for the son. (Last night I fed him leftovers!) I had chicken orzo soup. I made a Meyer Lemon cake with lemon glaze...that I will not be making again anytime soon. It was just DELICIOUS and I could sit and eat it until I'm sick...so I better not make it again soon. Just...so, so good.

Our dinner food will always have to have rice. Tonight our viand for the rice will be Adobo Chicken and Stir fried vegetables (cauliflower, cabbage, carrot and chayote). My 2 daughters, husband and I eat the same food. We are not used of having different meal for each person in the family, except if we eat out, where we can order whatever we want in a restaurant, especially if it is ala carte. Get well soon to your son.

It's 11 AM and my short break at work, sipping some lukewarm water to sooth my throat. One more session and I will head to home for lunch. I had spicy potato sandwitch and banana for my breakfast today.

Do you eat rice? I am just curious if Americans doesn't eat rice at all. Coz you know asians rice is life, lol!
