What a weird feeling. I must have slept wrong/weirdly I woke up and couldn't feel my arm like it wasn't there. It was numb for quite a while. I haven't had this happen in a long time. I tried to type and couldn't. Then it ached for a while. Ouch! So now I am slow but can type and it is getting back to normal. It has been about an hour now. Have you had this happen to you before?

It happens when I have too many pillows up. I usually put them elsewhere and just have one.

i have that happen quite often and it's because of my sleeping position. i sleep with my arms flexed and i often put my bodyweight on one arm. you'll be fine

Nothing that lasts for more than a minute or so.

I have had problems in the past dealing with numbness on my fingers or shoulders sleeping in bed the wrong way.

I hope your arm is better. Now that I sleep in a recliner, I rarely have something like that happen. I tend to tuck my hands under my thighs; and many times my hands are so stiff and painful that it takes a while to work them out. Have a good weekend.

I sometimes wish I had gotten a recliner to sleep in. I was going to and the doctor said it wasn't good for me to sleep that way. Our poor hands and thighs.
