My Mom's Old Chair

My mom lived in that old house for many years. She had planted some lilies of the valley out front and would enjoy the scent as she sat in that old ratan chair after some chore she had completed. She was a voracious reader and usually had a book in her hand. That old chair she used was so cool. I remember it very well. It was a high-back armchair. On the right side was a cavity you accessed from the arm where you could store things. I used to hide things in there for her to find. Isn't it rather silly the memories that come to us?

It's all the little things that are important in the end.

Life wouldn't be much if didn't have our memories.

@celticeagle That's for sure. A person with no memory is not really properly a person!

I don't think it is silly at all. Some memories are especially precious.
