It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Winter

Happy Friday Everyone! Mother Nature has decided to throw us a mixed bag of tricks this morning. Started with rain overnight and changed to snow (yes I hate to say that word) this morning. What was supposed to be just flurries turned into large wet flakes and coming down pretty hard. So far it isn't sticking to the street and sidewalks but it's making a nice accumulation on the grass. Even though I'm not ready for snow, it is pretty to watch as it's falling. The temperatures are hovering around the freezing mark and it just feels like a winter day. My daughter loves Nutcrackers. I don't know where she gets it from because they never appealed to me. She collected some while she was married but since she's been divorced and moved back in with me her collection has grown. Every year she gets a new one and I have to admit they look cute with all our other holiday decorations. I saw these really nice flameless candles on Amazon with nutcrackers on them. I think they would look really nice among her other nutcrackers and certainly would look nice all lit up. I think I'm going to order them and surprise her. Do you have any holiday collections?
