Yesterday after I came home from my Ortho Doc, I called the medic guys that I am starting to get to know. They set up an appointment to see them today at 11:30. Hubby was shocked at how very quick they are at answering me.
This morning I went to the pool and moved my buns for 30 minutes then I went to the bank and the downtown medic guys. They listen! They are thorough. They said I have "venous insufficiency." That just means that your leg is swollen and the blood is not pumping well to the heart. They said they would set me up with an appointment for a vascular Doctor. They also said they'd get an EKG referral going- a rule out test for my heart. My blood pressure continues to be great. 116 over 60 something.
Basically I bet I am headed toward wearing compression stockings.
The wind is gusting sometimes almost 20 miles an hour today. I didn't sleep well again. Tomorrow I plan to walk the pups not today. At least I moved my buns in the pool!

Sounds like you are making some progress there. That is good to hear...that is excellent blood pressure. I bet you don't have any heart issues. I didn't know they had vascular doctors. I thought there were only cardiologists that they would be vascular experts. Guess you learn something new everyday!

@snowy22315 I looked it up. Cardiologists take care of vascular issues.

It's good something is being done about your condition. There could be worse things than having to wear compression socks.

Compression socks may well be the solution. I hope you get an answer. Have a good weekend.
