I ordered a shirt from Temu, and I kind of liked it. It is similar to Shein, but I believe Temu is better. Hehe

@aureategloom Haha! Yes, the quality of the clothes they typically sell there is just average.

I'm not sure about Temu. Some said it's okay while others not.

my husband was against it too, but once he realized you don't have to put in your card details, he was fine with it

No, I wouldn't. I keep getting offers from them. I bought something from Temu once. I've had so much spam from them. I find it weird because a lot of them are emails saying they're apologising for delays or mistakes or something, despite me not actually playcing any orders. I dread to think how much more annoying they would be if I took them up on any of their offers Besides that, it really is mostly tat, and I don't need or want anything they're selling.

hmm we didn't have such experience. and i agree - there are many things that we don't really need there, but they are so cute and seem to be useful + they're very cheap, so that's probably why people buy from there

Nope. Maybe because I am already comfortable ordering in shoppee and tiktok here in the Philippines.

@aureategloom I think Shoppee got bankcrupt in different country and the only shop they have is in the Philippines. That's very sad for them, but at least they still have one here and I think their main comanpy is in Singapore.

another user from Philippines mentioned shopee, but i never heard about it before this discussion. i guess it has some good deals temu is really cheap and it has so many interesting things that you don't really need, but it is so cheap and cute that you might just order it

I've heard of Temu, but never tried them. Not sure about free goodies, always feel there is a hidden price

from our experience - no hidden price. but he did have to visit the site to affirm the order, so i guess that's enough for them
