Massage.

We scheduled a home service massage last night for my right shoulder. And yes, it gave me some relief from the pain. It is not as hard as before. Maybe it also helped that I am taking a muscle relaxant and pain meds. But I think I still want to schedule a check-up this week. The pain is not totally gone, and somehow, my shoulder and arm movement is still a bit restricted. I was not able to do a video consult since there is no one available on the weekend.

I’m glad you took the action you did, but seeing the doctor for it is still a good idea, you’re right.
